If you are a fellow BJJ practitioner (member of a gym) just dropping in costs you NOTHING, but for those who do not belong to a gym, there is a $20 drop-in fee.
Open Mats are free for everyone and we welcome all schools!!!
Water, workout clothes, gi (if you have one), jiu jitsu belt (if you have one), sweat towel.
Rogue has loaner gis and belts on a first come first served basis.
All of our classes are open to all skill levels, beginner through advanced. We focus on the fundamentals of jiujitsu, which are simply the most effective parts of the art. We also do a lot of specific drilling and training, which teaches you how to apply techniques and movements during a “live” roll.
No, not at all! We find that people start at varying fitness levels. But, you will find that you do get fit by doing our classes. Isn’t that the point though? A fun workout that gets results!
Classes are designed to accomodate all levels! Beginner’s will be able to jump right in along with our more experienced students.
You will need gloves (both mma style and boxing), along with shin guards. We also recommend a mouth guard. We do have gloves and shin guards that can be borrowed for trial classes, until you purchase your own set. DON'T FORGET WATER!!!
Whatever goals you may have, we are here to support you on the way! Specific questions regarding competitions and MMA fights should be directed to your Coach.
While live rounds have many benefits, you DO NOT have to participate in anything you are uncomfortable with. Our Muay Thai class is great for getting in shape and learning something new without the pressures of competing.

Why Kids Should Train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Alliance BJJ Keller
Kids are full of energy, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gives them a positive and structured way to use it. Our classes are designed to be fun, active, and engaging—while also teaching important life skills that go beyond the mats.
Through training, children learn focus, discipline, and respect, which helps them thrive in school and at home. Jiu Jitsu also builds confidence as kids overcome challenges, learn new techniques, and see their hard work pay off.
Another key benefit is self-defense. Kids develop practical skills that empower them to protect themselves and avoid unsafe situations, all while feeling secure in their own abilities.
And perhaps the best part—Jiu Jitsu is a full-body workout disguised as fun. It keeps kids active, builds strength and coordination, and helps establish healthy habits that last a lifetime.
At Alliance BJJ Keller, your child will gain more than martial arts skills—they’ll gain confidence, character, and a supportive community that encourages them to grow on and off the mat.
